Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains when you can get a refund for a saiflows subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Purchasing a subscription means you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Subscription billing
The saiflows Growth Plan is billed monthly in advance and automatically renews each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re a first-time subscriber and saiflows isn’t the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that charge in full no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and only to a customer’s first billing cycle.
4. Refunds outside the guarantee
Outside the 14-day window described above, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, since they cover access to the service for the billing period already in progress. We do make exceptions for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a billing error
- Charges for a period where a service outage on our end prevented you from using saiflows
- Charges made after you had already canceled
Refunds are issued at saiflows’ discretion in all other circumstances.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
