Who's building this

I'm Sai, a software engineer, and saiflows is my company, run solo, no LLC yet, no employees. I'm writing the code, talking to customers, and building the product myself, which means the roadmap moves at the speed of real feedback instead of committee meetings.

Why saiflows exists

I kept noticing the same pattern as AI reshaped how businesses operate: the companies pulling ahead weren't chasing every new tool. They were nailing the fundamentals, consistently, following up with leads fast, asking happy customers for reviews, staying in touch with past clients. Contractors know this. Most just don't have the time to do it every single time.

What I'm building toward

saiflows uses AI to automate those fundamentals, so a missed call gets a text back, a finished job gets a review request, and a past customer doesn't fall off the radar, without a contractor or their office manager having to remember. The goal isn't more software to babysit. It's fewer jobs slipping through the cracks.

Where things stand today

saiflows is early. It's just me, building for the first handful of customers, and I'm upfront about that on every page of this site. I'd rather earn trust with honesty about where we are than fake a team or a track record we don't have yet.
